Children and Youth

At CBC our desire is to serve the parents of our children. We do this by providing for the younger children in our church, nursery during Sunday School and the main worship service. During the worship service, before the sermon, we dismiss the children to children’s church, if parents wish to send their children.

In teaching our children and youth, our goal is not to simply entertain them, although we do have fun. Neither is our goal to simply teach basic Biblical morals. Rather, we seek to instill in them the importance of the gospel, and their need for it, the priority of the local church and importance of Biblical change in their lives. 
 

NURSERY

Worship Service 10:00 am – Infants thru 3 years old

CALVARY KIDS – AWANA

Sunday nights, from 5:00-6:30, for kids pre-K to 6th grade.  Our aim is to help the parents of CBC disciple their children through scripture memory and age appropriate Bible teaching. Time is spent each week playing games, being taught the Bible and learning from the lives of missionaries, and memorizing scripture. Register here. Runs during the school year.

CHILDREN’S CHURCH

Our Children’s Church program is offered for children 4 yrs. old thru 3rd grade.              

We dismiss our children’s church kids after our corporate singing in the worship service.

YOUTH GROUP

Our Youth Group is for all students 7th grade through High School. We meet Sunday nights at 5:00. We spend time playing games, fellowshipping together and studying God’s Word. Runs during the school year.
